EXCHANGE POLICY

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

TIME FRAME

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

PROCESS

To exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 305 1666623. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

After that cutomer(s) need to send the shipment back via any courier service to the company's wearhouse address for exchange.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we'll cover the cost of shipping the new item.
